Race: Fine.
Magic Branch: This is not so much of a magical talent as it is a trait for the character. And besides. No inventing magic. If you have an idea you can submit a lore page to me for review. What's more the idea of seeing into the future seems like an incredibly tacked on ability.
Appearance: Gnolls are generally five feet tall at the very most. Having a seven and a half feet tall Gnoll is liking having a ten foot tall human. You will need to change this.
Personality: I don't like the huge focus on peace with humans. That being said I really do like the idea of a Gnoll who sort of "idolizes" humanity though in my opinion that would be even more reason to open them up. He'd want to see how they get all smart like they are. Now we come upon the biggest issue. Rot Hide Gnolls are in Lordaeron literally hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds of leagues away in the war torn north. There is no Scourge presence in the southern regions of the Eastern Kingdoms. Thus the drive for uniting these tribes no longer exists for you.
Weapons Items: Bonechwer: Fine, Longclaw: No, Grimshroud: Hell no.
Strengths: Needs to be rough multi-lingual but otherwise fine. Rest of it is good except for the seeing into the future and the size bit.
Flaws: All fine but considering there are no Rot Hide gnolls you may want to rethink the final flaw.
History: Just re-write it.
