Name:
Elitha Sulrin
Age:
28
Gender:
Female
Race:
Human
Faction:
Royal Court of Stormwind
Position:
Royal Advisor
Magical Branch:
None
Appearance:
About six feet tall, Elitha is above the average height for a woman in Stormwind, with a slightly slim size to her body. Her fair, smooth, still unwrinkled skin tell many she is still a fresh member of the Royal Court.
If a stranger were to pass a glance over her, they would most likely notice her height and eyes. She has a natural look of outward calmness in both her face and eyes, but the color to them can catch attention. Being a chilling blue that only the frozen lands of Northrend could possibly contain. Just below her rounded, piercing eyes is her small button nose, peering down at her lips; thin on the upper lip, and full on the bottom.
Framing her oval-shaped face is her hair, a rich black quality to it, falling to just past her shoulders. She has medium-long bangs, being swept to the side - obscuring some of her forehead, and drawing more attention in on her eyes and thin, arched eyebrows. Her hair is somewhat wavy naturally, but she tends to keep it straight when it's possible.
As Royal Advisor for the King of Stormwind, it's expected that she remain presentable while outside of her private matters. Often wearing the traditional colors of Stormwind has become a habit of Elitha's fashion. Mostly blue or silver in different shades, she adds in other colors to complement them.
Personality:
As her fellow servants to the King of Stormwind see it, Elitha is ambitious and eager to prove her worth. She has always been one to have an eye for seeking out what may be worthwhile. Since climbing up the social and political status, Elitha has shown she is very capable of doing so.
Having natural poise, listening skills, diplomacy, and a good understanding has helped Elitha's role as Royal Advisor. Seeing things through and being dependable is helpful, but she sometimes may take lengthy periods of time to get the job done. With this slow process, though, she can mend relations and bring good outcomes in many different circumstances. Sometimes she may be slower than what's needed, and this will bring trouble as she can be focused on details rather than everything.
She is quite loyal to both her friends, family, and King. That is something she will always have, but she can sometimes be neglectful of her friends. Her commitment and honesty makes up for it, though, and she tries her best to remember her faults and make up for them.
Her stubborn and pessimistic views have never been helpful. Since she has a relatively calm state of mind, she will never make it a bigger issue than it is. Her ability to understand and be observant has helped her cope with this as well. "Seeking first to understand, then be understood." That is a motto she has held close to her.
Her perfection has brought her to expect others to be just as good. Her critique and judgment on others' work has become renown for being harsh but very honest. Though she may point out flaws and want very good results, she will be for the most part understanding.

An insight on past members of the King's Court, and their histories.[/center]
Elitha Sulrin
Elitha Sulrin was the Royal Advisor for King Varian Wrynn during those days that Stormwind was just recovering from the previous conflicts with the Horde. Though relatively peaceful compared to many parts of the continent, it still had its troubles. Elitha's past was like many others in the kingdom.
Being born in the midst of the fleeing and return of Stormwind, Elitha had grown up to a world that had rapidly changed, making her a part of one of the first generations to see many new things. The Orcs were one of the many influences in this.
Her family was not rich, nor poor; her father was an officer in the Stormwind army. Soon, though, the sudden invasion of the Orcs had brought them to Lordaeron, where Elitha was to be brought into the world shortly after. Since her father had to meet his duties as a soldier, Elitha and her mother were always following after him when possible. There were times when they would not be able to, though. Her father was concerned that if they stayed with him while on the frontier of the Second War that they may be in harm's way.
Little is known of Elitha's childhood, just as many of the other members of the Court. Many seemed to be from families weakened from the wars with the Horde, filled with a hatred or mistrust for Orcs - just like the majority of Stormwind. The only notable thing that seems to be proof of Elitha's damaged past is the death of her father at the height of the Second War. It was a very hard blow on her and their family, but somehow she managed to make it out of her childhood and become a successful politician.
In Stormwind, she started small, playing a minor role in the political ring of affairs as an assistant for a politician named Brin Grenwell, an ex-soldier who had a tendency of poking his head in the wrong places. Elitha proved to be a very good assistant for him, and soon she earned her own rightful place as a politician. She was very well known for seeking her goals out, and getting good results out of what she worked for.
By the time she was twenty-seven, she had climbed up the political ladder, almost to the top. All there was to achieve was the Royal Court. Something she held dear. She had always been known to be loyal to whoever she worked for, but Elitha Sulrin was very particular on who she worked "for." Soon, she would become a Royal Advisor to King Varian Wrynn. It seems she was the most reasonable choice for the position, when she was twenty-eight. She may have been young for such a high position, but she had well over ten or so years of experience.
RP Sample:
Perhaps the Ball seemed rather peaceful and relaxing to the average eye, but it seemed to be far from it shortly after it began. Especially for the Royal Advisor. Studying the clumps of nobles, servants, Elves and the like, she could see the differences among them and how they saw each other. Nobles speaking with the "other" elitists. It was far from a casual talk for the majority of them. Everyone had their own agenda. Not all of their goals were bad, but Elitha had to be cautious and ensure the King would not be hard-pressed tonight. She knew he never had a taste for nobility, but this had been put off for far too long.
Smoothing her silky, flaring skirt, she wondered how long this "ball" would last. Though the occasion called for being formally dressed and presentable, she envied her king's casual way of handling this assembly of Elves and Humans. She could never take this like any other day.
It seemed no one had taken to dressing anything below an expensive price and quality; they were wearing and doing their very best for being in the king's presence. Even the food was decorated. This was all true until a later arrival showed herself. An Elf, appearing in the midst of these folk with a sword belted on top of a plain overcoat. She had to be something if she was appearing here, though. Elitha eyed her suspiciously. Oh yes, the way the others eyed her just named her a familiar sight.
She listened carefully when the lady approached King Wrynn. She knew who she was talking to. Wrynn did not know who he was talking to. It seemed very normal for tonight, though. All of them were unfamiliar sights to his Majesty. Soon she disappeared in the crowd of people, and even sooner more were presenting themselves to the king. She wondered how her king would manage without her aid in those names, and whether he realized it or not. A hidden smile for later that night.
Soon after that process was over, the king found that Elf once again. She was quite a contrast to Elitha. Plainly dressed with a sword; Elitha had an elaborate dress with flaring skirts in a gold and red pattern. She was Elven, Elitha was human. She was probably twice or thrice her age. She might have Varian Wrynn's eye a bit more than any other person, though.
Except for the latest arrival. A man, who instantly caught Elitha's eyes. He was dressed out of place among here, aside from the other Elf who Varian was in the middle of talking with. She even saw a sword at his side. Soon she realized who this was. It must be the Master Ambassadorial. There was no one else she could name him as, since it seemed everyone else was already here. And she would have known if the Master Ambassadorial appeared already.
It appeared that the king knew who this was, too, since he stopped babbling with his favorite guest and stared silently in his direction. Coming closer to the king with a goblet in hand, she peered over the rim while taking a long drink.
